We are starting on a wine journey through France, paired with some simple dishes that can be easily replicated at home with minimal effort. Impress your friends! Wow your loved ones! Knock the socks off the neighbors! In short? THIS is how you win friends and influence people!

Get Dirty with Chocolate

Get dirty in the kitchen with Joshua Werner, Chocolatier at Patisserie 46, as he teaches you how to use chocolate in a 4-way situation.

4 teams will each execute one chocolate dessert, then enjoy the fruits of your labors while taking home a goodie bag of treats. Recipes will be given to re-create the deliciousness at home!

Bone Broth Cooking with Taking Stock!

Join us on Thursday, February 16th as we welcome representatives from Taking Stock into the kitchen to showcase their delicious and nutritious Bone Broth, and show us exciting ways to incorporate bone broth into weeknight meal prep!

Jewish Deli Series with Adam Eaton

When Adam Eaton (Saint Dinette) was in recently for Chef's Night Off, he brought some magic, in the form of matzo ball soup, homemade bagels, and so much more! We (and the guests) loved his menu so much we had to ask him to come back and dig in further! Menu is still forthcoming, so come back soon for more info, and shhhhh...there are rumors about special guest appearances at the classes!

Chef's Night Off

What do you get when you combine your favorite restaurant chefs in the Twin Cities, a fabulous non-profit, a bevy of fantastic "celebrity assistants" and a pretty kick-ass kitchen? Well, we like to call that Chef's Night Off. And, we’re squealing like schoolgirls to tell you more.

Chef's Night Off is a limited-attendance cooking class led by the best restaurant chefs in our fair cities. Up close and personal. So fill up your glass, put on your apron and be prepared to get busy. Because YOU'RE doing the cooking.

The menu will be created the day of the event so Chef can take inspiration from the seasonal goodies and international flavors of our Midtown Global Market. And who knows what other twists we may have up our sleeves?! We've been known to secretly request an ingredient out of Chef's own refrigerator and throw that into the mix. Or maybe we'll see something Chef likes to make at home...It's always an adventure!

Past guest chefs have included Thomas Boemer of Corner Table and Revival and Gavin Kaysen of Spoon and Stable, just to name a few.

Cooking the Market

Wheee! We've been voted "Best Cooking Class" by Minnesota Monthly Magazine!

Cooking the Market™ is a completely-hands-on, inspired-by-the-season cooking class. We'll determine the menu on the spot based on what's fresh, new and interesting at the Midtown Global Market. This unique, high-energy class is perfect for meeting new people, bringing together a group of friends, celebrating special events...even group team building!

Join our Executive Chef Molly Herrmann on this culinary adventure! Great for cooks of all levels of experience and knowledge - we please beginners and gourmets alike.

We'll start with a pair of house-made appetizers, as well as a champagne cocktail to welcome you! Then we'll tour the Midtown Global Market, pointing out many great finds and ideas to spark inspiration for our creative meal. Then we cook. And, of course...eat!

Paleo Supper

Join our favorite whole foods advocate, Stephanie A. Meyer of Fresh Tart as she shares her best ideas for creating and celebrating great food.

Stephanie's menu leverages an allergy-free and grain-free approach, meeting the AIP: autoimmune protocol version of the paleo-style of eating. This class series features easy-to-make dishes that will serve your family all year round, highlighting the simplicity and deliciousness of the paleo approach.

Each class starts with an AIP-style punch + nibbles.
